Here is what the Railway station of St Petersburg looks like. Yes, I am now in the train. To my big satisfaction I am sharing my lounge with nobody so I can move pretty freely. I looked up what I could visit after Moscow and I think I'm going to go to Novosibirsk. It is far away from Moscow but I here there are some interesting things to visit there.
